The Pandemic Players program was funded through ACT Council of the Ageing (COTA) who received funding from the ACT Government’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Innovation Grants Program.

Our tutors worked with the a team of six young-at-heart actors to develop a creative performance of their experiences of lockdown under the COVID-19 restrictions.

The program culminated in the production of The Titanic 2020, a dramatic tale exploring issues of importance to Canberra’s ageing population during the COVID-19 pandemic.
